The travel bug bit me during the time I was a "roadie" for singer, Anne Murray. I toured the US, Canada, and Australia as her hair stylist and personal assistant for 10 years. Since then, I travel whenever possible. Whether a grand trip or a day trip, I love getting to know new places through research and on-the-ground exploration.

In 2005, I opened a private, 1 chair hair salon. Each client who sits in my chair gets a mini trip of their own.  The fabulous flexibility of owning my own business allows me to also take trips. I have 2 grown daughters and a hubby who likes to travel with me, for fun, sometimes too. We live in Vermont.

On my bucket list: Galápagos Islands, light hiking and visiting vineyards in Chile and Argentina, ancestry exploration in Scandinavia.
